Home inspection is a growing career in an ever growing industry.

Real estate inspection is a technical and complex field that demands a professional approach.

Home inspectors perform objective, non-invasive, visual inspections of homes and produce a written report of the condition of the property for buyers and/or owners. Inspectors must be able to recognize any condition that could cause problems for the potential home owner. Home inspectors need extensive knowledge in many areas of residential construction such as: soils and foundations, wood and construction, roofing, plumbing, electricity, heating and ventilation, air conditioning and heat pumps. If you are already a licensed home inspector The Home Inspection Institute LLC can offer you the continuing Education Units (CEU's) that you will need to keep your New Jersey license current.
