Keith Scherzinger PE/PMP
Keith is the executive member and chief instructor at The Home Inspection Institute LLC. 
Keith bring a list of credentials to THII as long as his arm. In addition to being a NJ state licensed home inspector, Keith also has the following distinctions; professional engineer in NJ, PA and CT, NJ pest/WDI commercial applicator category 7B, NJ Radon Measurement Technician, NJ UST (underground storage/oil tank) evaluation, NJ buildind inspector-RCS, NJ subsurface evaluation license.
In addition to the education required for all the licensing he holds, Keith also holds the following educational degrees:

James A. (Drew) Levy, CPI
Drew is an instructor at THII. He also performs website maintenance, vendor relations, and field trains students.
Drew is a NJ state licensed home inspector and the owner of Homespect LLC in Medford, NJ. He is also a proud member of InterNACHI, the worlds largest home inspection association. With 28 years in the residential and commercial construction industry, Drew brings a wealth of experience to the school in both home and commercial inspection practices. Drew is a "Template Expert" with Home Inspector Pro reporting software, having created many of the default and specialty templates for the program. Being the ONLY NiFAST certified fire and safety inspector in all of southern NJ, is a distinction that Drew does not take lightly. Drew is also a consultant with NiFAST, helping them create a Standard of Practice for fire and safety inspections. Drew also had certifications in, Log Home inspections, pool and spa inspections, and mold testing.
Drew is also very familiar with internet and social marketing and brings today's perspectives to the Communication module. With home inspector marketing practices always changing with the real estate market, Drew is on top of the latest trends with blogging, FaceBook and Twitter.
Edward Martino
Ed is an instructor and field training mentor at THII. 
He is a Nj state licensed home inspector and owner of First Choice Property Inspections, in Medford, NJ. Ed is a member of ASHI in both local and national chapters and is also a member of InterNACHI at both the local and national level. Ed also has professional affiliations with Southern NJ Tri County Code Council and Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors. Ed is also a NJ licensed Radon Measurement Technician.
Ed has been in the construction industry since 1968 and has been a NJ registered builder since 1976. He has formal training as a building inspector from Burlington County College, and regularly participates in continuing education credits regarding home inspections. He freely and regularly brings his experience to THII to benefit our students.
