Cassandra O'Neil (Instructor & Field Mentor)

Cassandra O'Neil / C.E.O Home Inspection, LLC (Instructor and Field Mentor)

While working as an emergency medical technician for an ambulance transport company, Cassandra decided to team up with her father and start investing in real estate.  Unfortunately, her father passed away suddenly, taking his many years of real estate knowledge with him.

Cassandra decided that the “show must go on” so she signed up to take a course on home inspection to become more knowledgeable in the home buying process.  Like her father, a real estate investor, she wanted to take an in-depth look at all the major components of a home to determine if a home was worth purchasing as an investment property.

After attending and graduating from The Home Inspection Institute, she realized that she enjoyed helping others as a home inspector and put her dreams of investing to the side momentarily.  Cassandra has been an inspector for several years now, managing her own company - C.E.O Home Inspections, LLC. Cassandra is dedicated to her profession and is a very thorough home inspector.  She prides herself on providing a verbal summary of the home to the buyer(s) at the time of the inspection, followed by a detailed written report.

In addition to being a home inspector, Cassandra enjoys speaking at First Time Home Buyer seminars and teaching at The Home Inspection Institute as an instructor, where she helps her students learn about standards and protocols in an industry that she is so passionate about.
