Chris is the Founder and CEO of Liberty Inspection Group and the owner of The Home Inspection Institute.  He has loved construction and buildings his entire life and joined the construction industry in 1997.  Using the experience he gained while being a project engineer and a construction manager for several large commercial and residential building companies, he founded Liberty Inspection Group in 2007 in the midst of the recession.  Liberty has grown to become the largest, fastest-growing, most reviewed, and highest-rated inspection company in the Greater Philadelphia area. Chris hopes to use his experience growing Liberty Inspection Group to provide top notch education and industry knowledge to the students at THII!

Ken is a certified home inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Ken previously retired from being a chef and for the past 10 years has been in the home performance industry. Ken believes in making available to his clients all the information necessary so that they can make a sound decision on their investment.

In his role as Director of The Home Inspection Institute, Ken helps students get registered for their courses and helps them along their journey to becoming a licensed home inspector.

If he’s not spending time with his grandchildren he’ll be hiking or kayaking and enjoying the great outdoors.

Rob is a CMI® (Certified Master Inspector), a member of InterNACHI and is an officer on the board of directors for NJNACHI, currently serving as the Secretary.

He is a graduate of The Home Inspection Institute LLC. and is the owner of Your Forever Home Services LLC. Rob has over 30 years’ experience in construction and building maintenance. His experience includes plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and general contracting in residential and commercial. Rob is a Certified Master Inspector Instructor® and has experience as an instructor and has developed training/certification programs for 3 of the companies for which he previously worked. His focus is on both job/skill training and a large emphasis on customer relations/satisfaction.

Ed worked all phases of residential construction, on and off site, since the early seventies and is a licensed home inspector since 2008 # 24GI00096300. He worked with sub-contractors, county officials, real estate agents, customers and now students in the home inspection industry. Currently, he is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®. Having always been a member of InterNACHI and NJNACHI, he has also served on the NNJNACHI board for the past five years as the education chair, Sargent at Arms and currently Treasure. A graduate of the home inspection institute with over 15 years of commercial and residential roofing experience. Pat has a master level of knowledge on all exterior and roofing waterproofing. Pat has overseen hundreds of commercial and residential general contracting jobs that include all facets of design build with a proven track record of not providing the highest quality product that can be achieved within a predetermined budget. I have over 15 years of experience working with the New Jersey School Development authority and have installed over 100 million worth of renovation projects throughout multiple school districts throughout the state of new jersey. I am a graduate of Temple University in the field in psychology specializing in behavioral neuroscience , as well as a graduate of Rutgers Certified educational facilities managers training within the school of government services. I am also a certified 30 hours OSHA card carrier as well multiple other roofing master level installer certifications

I worked in the construction field when I was younger for 6 years. I also worked as a draftsman for an engineering firm part time for 10 years. I then spent 15 years working fulltime as a quality control manager for field services for a large fortune 500 company. I decided to make a change in my career path. I attended The Home Inspection Institute and graduated in December of 2014. I founded Inspect101 Home Inspections, LLC in May, 2015. I am a fulltime Home Inspector for multiple companies.
