Perfect for realtors, property managers, construction consultants, and house flippers - or the business partners and spouses of licensed home inspectors. This is an opportunity for those that want to learn about home inspection, but do not need the HII certificate, fieldwork, or to pass the national exam. Enrollment in this course is 'audit' only. Students don't perform inspections and do not prepare for or receive the HII certificates.
