200 hours of live training and fieldwork. The Program is a licensed NJ Private Vocational School. The student has one year to complete the program. The Home Inspection Institute, LLC performs the New Jersey approved Home Inspector licensure certification program as overseen by The NJ DCA’s Home Inspection Advisory Committee. 11 MODULES THII-101 Interior & Insulation Inspection          THII-102 Roofing Inspection             THII-103 Exterior Inspection          THII-104 Structural Inspection          THII-105 Heating I  Inspection          THII-106 Heating Inspection II       THII-107 Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps Inspection THII-108 Plumbing Inspection THII-109 Electrical Inspection THII-110 Communications & professional Practices THII-111 Home Inspection Field Mentoring Certification Program 40 hours/16 field inspections arranged between the instructor and student upon a case-by-case basis. 20 hours of reporting and feedback.
